Foreclosure Searches

Foreclosure searches are in-depth title investigations that detail the subject premises for ten or more years. These detailed searches must utilize a bona fide deed that is a bare minimum of 10 years old. In a newer subdivision or condominium built less than ten years ago, the search will require the deed from the condominium sponsor or property developer. The search will provide a full copy of the mortgage about to be foreclosed and any related documents. Once the foreclosure search is completed, you will have access to copies of any deeds, agreements, restrictions, easements, covenants, or open mortgages that involve the subject premises according to the County Clerk’s office you selected.
